Voting Results - April 16, 2024

There were three (3) issues voted on by the Subdivision on and before April 16th. These are the final results.

Issue #1: PASSED - 2025 Budget and New Assessment fee of $100.

239 Neighbors voted to approve, 140 voted against.

Our indentures state in Article 4.3 (d) "The budget and assessment for the upcoming year shall be put to a vote. Unless 2/3 of the owners voting in person or by absentee ballot at the meeting vote against the proposed budget and assessment for the new year, said budget and assessment shall be adopted."

Issue #2 FAILED - to amend the indentures to allow poultry in the subdivision.

175 Neighbors voted to approve, 203 voted against.

Our indentures state in Article 8.2 "An affirmative vote of 2/3 of the owners who are voting in person or by absentee ballot, is required to approve any proposed amendment.

Issue #3 PASSED - to amend article 3.1 of the indentures to increase the number of trustees from 3 to 5.

295 Neighbors voted to approve, 84 neighbors voted against.

Our indentures state in Article 8.2 "An affirmative vote of 2/3 of the owners who are voting in person or by absentee ballot, is required to approve any proposed amendment.


Please be advised that this vote was strictly audited and any neighbors who voted but were not current on their annual assessment had their vote removed per article 4.2 which states, "Lot owners must be current on assessments to be eligible to vote."
