The current board has two members whose terms will be expiring September 30, 2009.

Those individuals who desire to have their names presented for election should notify the Board of Trustees no later than August 21, 2009.

Nominees can contact the Board by calling 636 724 7221; email - trustees @saintcharleshills.org; or by mail at St. Charles Hills Subdivision, PO Box 1296 St. Charles, MO 63302. Include your name, address and phone number.

Nominees must be a homeowner of St. Charles Hills. The Board is a volunteer position for three (3) years that enforces the Indentures (provision and restrictions) of the subdivision.

The nominees will be introduced at a meeting on September 9th, 2009 at 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Kathryn Linneman Library.

Shortly after the introductions, the ballot will be mailed out and to be returned no later than September 19th. Instructions will be on the ballot card.
