What Your Trustees Do

• Handle questions about the subdivision Indentures and governance
• Handle complaints related to the subdivision Indentures
  • Investigate violations of the Indentures
  • Provide information to residents about how to comply with the Indentures
• Work with St. Charles County regarding complaints for which the County has jurisdiction
• Plan and hold subdivision meetings
• Collect information for, and create newsletters
• Arrange work with the subdivision management company
  • Annual billing of the assessment.
  • Mailing of newsletters
• Negotiate and execute contracts with companies that do work for and supply services to the subdivision
  • Electric company provides street lights and their power
  • Maintenance of parks and common areas (grass mowing)
  • Repair of needed items in parks and common areas
• Work with subdivision attorneys on issues that need legal council
  • Collecting past-due assessments
  • Creating future Indentures
• Answer questions and provide information to real estate and title companies
• Solicit interested parties for future Trustees and hold Trustee elections
• Create and make adjustments to the subdivision budget
  • Insure that the yearly assessment will cover all items in the budget
  • Evaluate the need for changes to items in the budget
